Turtle Bay is located along the water of the North Shore, conveniently near Haleiwa and the North Shore’s locale, which is only 10 minutes away. Set on a peninsula on Oahu’s North Shore, Turtle Bay Resort is five miles from Waimea Falls Park and 15 miles from the Dole Plantation.

There is a resort fee of $25 per day but it’s completely worth it– you get parking, an hour of snorkeling equipment, some tennis and volleyball time, access to the beach chairs/umbrellas, and whatever little extras you might need to enjoy your Hawaii honeymoon vacation.
Tip: Rent a car. Taking a taxi from Honolulu to the resort and back is 45 miles, which costs just as much as renting a car for a week. Plus, you can use that extra money for extra Hawaii honeymoon activities!
